Abstract

Summary

Education constantly updates itself according to developing technology and social events. The education system, in which traditional methods are generally used, has now left its place to education through technology. Technological education systems come to the aid of the education sector, especially when disasters and epidemics in the world restrict or interrupt life. In this interactive system, which offers the opportunity to provide education or training wherever an internet connection can be reached, many programs and software are developed according to the curriculum and course contents and offered to the service of the sector. This education system, which is independent of time and place, is called distance education. This training, which is made by creating virtual classrooms thanks to the developed programs, is called interactive training. Thanks to the programs selected according to the needs of the student and course students have opportunity to receive high quality and fast education. Distance education system, which stands out especially in language teaching eliminates distance problem by bringing distances and places closer to each other.

This study, programs developed for reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in Turkish education for foreigners will be discussed and the purposes for which they are used in distance education will  explained. With use Web 2.0 tools in virtual education, increasing variety  programs provides many new opportunities to the teacher and the student in language education in every field and accelerates the process by increasing the quality of education.   Study in  Web 2.0 designs are discussed, after a general briefing, which the Web 2.0 tools will be used in which field how and for what purpose will  explained. The information and usage areas given under  sub-headings will make work easier informing the instructors and students developments in distance education system and will greatly benefit people working field.
